Dr Dowd has a pleasant personality and puts the patient's comfort first. He does professional work and in the unlikely event that later adjustments are needed he gets you quickly in to take care of it. His staff is cordial and helpful. I feel very comfortable and confident about his work.
His costs are standard to the area and can bill insurance as needed..
