I have been seeing Dr. Malouf for about six years and have NEVER had a complaint (except for my dental woes brought on by myself). I originally went to him because he was close, he took my new insurance, and I had an abscess. I called his office on a Friday morning to which they saw me that day. I went in and they took care of me (he was oh so nice). You see, I was scared. I hate going to the dentist. I believe he sensed my anxiety because he was very reassuring. Anyway, when he finished, he warned me of what to expect over the weekend. He further calmed my wrecked nerves by giving me his home and cell phone numbers. He said that if anything happened, he would open his office to take care of the problem. Fortunately, I didn't need to call him. He did a great job.
Seriously. I have never met a dentist, or any professional for that matter, willing to go that extra mile for a patient. Remember, this was my first visit. I now live about 25 miles away and continue to see him for all of my dental needs. I have many more positive experiences with Dr. Albert Malouf, but I've talked enough.
A little side note. He loves his family and good food and is willing to talk about both...I love that place.
About Hygienist: All dental work is expensive.
