Worst customer service ever!! I scheduled a routine dental appointment at 9 AM. They brought me in promptly unfortunately I never received actual dental services other than having X-rays done. I left after waiting for one hour and 20 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Dr. Friendly, nice and helpful, I was always scared of dentists but this dentist has made me feel very comfortable and the treatment did not hurt at all. Overall I would say everyone should go to this dentist he is awesome ! =]

dr.k and his staff are wonderful.they go above and beyond.they are very informative and friendly.but most of all gentle.great office

Dr. Kansagra and his staff are friendly. It is a pleasant feeling to visit them BUT their skills are just lacking. I am very disappointed after starting my treatment plan with them which includes fillings, cleaning, wisdom teeth extractions. I have several visits to their office. One day when I have severe pain on my molar, I visit them, they could not diagnose the exact cause of pain, they say could be crack in tooth, and I will need a root canal. They send me home with a prescription (pain killer). I seek a second opinion, and it turns out that the teeth has cavity and need a new fillings. The cavity is pretty deep. I went back to my dentist office, and they agree to perform a filling. Now, I have no problem with that teeth. A month later, my other molar where they have perform a re-filling before (from silver to white filling) for cosmetic reason has its gum swollen. I never in my life has my gum swollen. I suspect this is their poor skill while doing my re-filling. Now I still have this problem and I need a root canal. I would never go back to their office again. I am disappointed that instead of caring for the health of my teeth and mouth, they have causes me more problems that I have ever expected.

This office keeps my kids waiting quite awhile in the dentist chair. They seem to always find extra procedures to bill whenever they do a cleaning. It takes weeks to schedule an appointment. The video/tv in the waiting room is loud.

Dr. Kansagra was more of a salesperson than a dentist in my opinion. I did the research for possible remedies for my dead & discolored front incissor. His old dental practice was Sunshine Dental in Diamond Bar. What initially started out as an about $600 expense for a high noble crown turned out to a $4,400 bill of high-end crowns for all my 4 front teeth & gum laser treatments. My 3 other front incissors were healthy, just so u know. I understand the cosmetic costs if I was a career model but I was just an average joe. He pressured, or influenced, me to make this decision right then & there at his office.
