Dr. Fletcher was excellent both in his concern for my comfort, calming my fears and in the treatment of my huge hole in my tooth where a filling came out. I highly recommend him.

Great experience with this dentist. The staff is always friendly and gentle, and Dr. Fletcher did a great job with my fillings and local anesthesia. I would definitely recommend.

to expensive and does not take all insurance.. Not always charges what assessed at start of service. Get the cost in writing ahead of time. surprise charge!!! at end of service. Office staff recently turned over and the new staff is not very patient friendly nor helpful.

I think Dr. Fletcher is very professional and good. It is his office staff, the person who answers the phone and meets you at the desk that is the challenge. Also, you are charged upfront for everything you do. Be prepared to pay the minute you walk in the door and if you need xrays sent to another office they charge $25. I have the best dental insurance and he is an in-network provider. I went a couple of times but just could not afford to pay a lot of out of pocket and unexpected costs. We work hard for our excellent dental insurance and I prefer to use someone who will honor it. Great dentist if you have the extra $$$$ to spend and can deal with the front office staff.

Dr. Fletcher has been amazing! He really understand my unique teeth (English heritage). I take great care of my teeth, but I tend to get cavities that go in through the crack in my tooth, which will not show up right away on an x-ray. He personalized the care for me to make sure we catch any cativiites immediately, so they don't lead to bigger, more expensive problems. He does excellent, beautiful work. I have had a couple crowns, fillings, a gum-line surgery, an on-lay. He is very patient and thorough. He cares about my comfort. And he definitely takes your entire health picture into consideration. I drive a ways out of my area to go to him. He's worth it. I would not go to anyone else!

I went to Dr Fletcher for a few months initially to get cleaning done and later for some cavities. My experience at his clinic was fine until in one time when I was getting a cavity fixed and needed local anathesia. While administering the injection to me, Dr. Fletcher pinched a nerve in my tongue. For the first 48 hours, I felt that half my tongue doesn't have much sensation only because the anathesia is wearing off slowly. After 48 hours though, I got concerned and called into his office. It was at this point, that I felt the staff did not respond as expected. I would expect Dr. Fletcher to call back immediately with an explanation of what happened and how it an be fixed and perhaps an apology. Instead I had to call in several times, and do my own research online. Turns out that this is a known (albiet very small) risk of getting anathesia administered but I was not informed about it before the procedure. What's more scary is that it can take a few weeks or months or even years for your nerve to heal and there is not much you can do to help it along. During this time I did not have much sensation, could not taste food and didn't have as much control over moving that half.

Dr Fletcher and his staff were great! Very patient and personable, very aware and receptive to me while I was in the chair, knowing what I needed when I was unable to verbalize it. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. His assistants were very nice, his hygenist was very gentle and did a great job minimizing pain during my cleaning, and his front desk manger was so genuinely friendly it was a very pleasant experience over several visits. I was really impressed at the care and attention Dr. Fletcher gave to my dental work. He was very meticulous. I would recommend him to anyone.

Currently I have not been impressed with the care I recieve from this dental office over the last few years. Everytime I go to get a routine cleaning there is a different facility member. That sent me a signal that maybe it isn't such a great place to work. When it comes time for my examination from Dr. Fletcher I usually end up sitting around for about 20-25 min as he tends to other customers. It's either my business is not as important as the rest or there the scheduling of apponitments needs to be thought out more clearly. On top of below par service I am usually given a service that I don;t need i.e. floride treatment) which is an additional cost that I am not expecting to pay for. Overall I have decided to switch dentists. I hope this office can turn it around.
