I was initially sent to this office because I have dental anxiety - the office has a therapy dog on staff (he belongs to the dentist and is officially trained as a therapy dog). The office is nice and the wait time is minimal. Dr. Gilbert is friendly and professional.
I have unfortunately had problems with several restorations resulting in root canals and/or tooth sensitivity. In addition, I usually need to return one or more times to adjust the bite after a filling or crown - I'm not sure if this is typical, dentist error, or if I just have bad luck. When I have had concerns, the office has been able to fit me in quickly. The novocaine shots are not the most gentle, but not the worst. A CD player and headphones are available during treatments.
About Hygienist: The hygenist has been with Dr. Gilbert for as long as I have been at this office. She is professional and thorough.

Dr. Gilbert worked on some cavities I had last year and now a have problems again on the very same area.
Even if he's very friedly and explains to you everything I won't recommend him.

Dr. Gilbert is the best dentist I ever knew. He is profesional, kind, fun, reasonable, etc, etc. His office looks great! One little "bad" thing I noticed was the light -had hand prints on it, but I suppose that's the assistant's job. The assistant was very nice though! Great doctor; great stuff! and the dogs... I love the dogs; they just made me so relaxed during the treatment.

I have found Dr. Gilbert, his assistants and hygienist to be outstanding. Please note that I am only a patient and not a family member or employee. I would consider myself a friend, but the friendship is one that developed as a result of my becoming a patient.
Initially, Dr. G cleaned up a mess in my mouth - several cavities and added a bridge. Since then, I have been seeing him and his staff twice per year for cleaning and an exam. They are proactive, making sure my teeth stay in top condition and that I avoid major problems.

Very professional, very clean and welcoming environment with a pleasant staff. Also, Chase the certified dog on premise is calming to have when you are getting your teeth worked on. Over all the best dental experience I have had in my life and I continue to go back now for the last 8+ years.

I have had cleanings and restorative work done at Dr. Gilbert's office. They are always on time--which is important to me so I can plan my work day accordingly. I always know what I will be paying out of pocket, if any, up front because they give me an estimate of what insurance will pay and what I will need to pay for each procedure before I make my next appointment. Dr. Gilbert does everything he can to make me feel comfortable and to insure I feel no pain during the procedures. He explains all the procedures as he works so I understand what is going on as he works. His staff is great and he has the best hygienist! I am very happy with all the work I have had at Dr. Gilbert's office.

I went to Dr Gilbert a couple of years ago for a few months and did not have a good experience. The facilities are good and staff is polite, however not all the work was fully explained and I felt I was being overtreated.

I was not happy with the manner of which I was treated by Dr Gilbert. He seemed concerned about me but was very distracted and his assistant Jen was snobby to me. If you want to feel like the priority then I suggest you look elsewhere.

He did not attend to my complaints of constant pain in my tooth. For the price I pay, I'm better of else where.
