Dr. Knopf put a crown on my tooth, I told him it did not feel right , he said it was fine and walked away. Received a bill for almost another 400.00. Office never spoke about extra fee, until after procedure. I informed office I had concerns about that, wrote a review prior to this one, got a phone call a few minutes later saying they read review and if balance was not paid they were sending to collections. Phone call was very hostile.

Best dentist I've ever been to. Conscientious, considerate, explains everything very well and pays great attention to his patients. As long as he's nearby, he's who I'm going to.
