A few years ago I went to Maebo’s dental office and liked their professions. Facilities were good, and their operation didn’t cause too much pain.
My impression was ruined by their irritable Clinical Coordinator unfortunately. When I asked her about changing an appointment to another date, suddenly she talked offensively toward me and made me very angry. She threatened me implicitly and unjustly that I needed to come to the appointment or a cancellation fee would be charged.
She prejudged I was refusing to come to the appointment, but I had never said such words. And I asked her only once.
I decided to let the irritation go. However the coordinator seemed to take my tolerance as a weakness, and had been impolite occasionally. The last straw was when I was leaving Seattle and moving to another city, I had clearly answered them no need to make further appointment. She still sent me a few email to ask for new appointment, and in the last email, the coordinator yelled at me to see them again for my teeth health.
Therefore I decide to post my review about the dental office here. Their attitude and threat to customer were completely inappropriate and unacceptable.

Dr. Maebo and his staff are EXCELLENT! I enjoy going there and recommend him to all my friends & family in the area who are looking for a new dentist.
Dr. Maebo is courteous, funny, warm, and informative. He explains to you what is going on with your teeth, the treatment you need (if any), and takes away any anxiety with his friendly personality.
About Hygienist: All of his staff is amazing and are true reflections of Dr. Maebo's character and direction.

Dr. Maebo is an angel. The cost was very reasonable, the services professional, pain was non-existant and he has perfect chairside manner! He has (as one would expect from such a great doctor) surrounded himself with only the best, most professional staff that a dentist could ask for. Rarely can one say that it truely is a joy to go visit a dentist but this is one of the cases where you can. Dr. Maebo and his team gets thumbs up, four smiles, five stars and five out of five chewing gums recommending him!

i just found out that this office has fees for cleaning teeth that are WAY higher than other excellent offices in the area. My is an incredible dental hygienist and that's why I've been going, but with the prices so out of line I will go back to my other dentst's office

Perfect results
Had a full mouth rehabilitation. My whole mouth was restored to excellent esthetics. I am totally pleased with my results.
