Prior to seeing Dr. Cynthia Pauley and Dr. Brian Cave I was under the care of a local dentist that was only a part time dentist. I had a filling replaced twice and when I got the recommendation to go to Brookside Dental I knew I would be in better hands. I can happily say that my problem tooth and filling is a thing of the past. Over the years I've had the privilege to be worked on by both doctors and have had a great experience each time. The entire office runs efficiently and they are great overall in helping answer questions regarding insurance, showing pictures for us patients to know why treatment is being recommended. The relationship the two dentists have among the staff and assistants is superb. I recommend both dentists to anyone seeking excellent dental services.

About Front Desk: From the moment you walk in and are greeted by first name you know you are in good hands. My insurance is billed properly, I receive reminders in a way that suit me: one email and optional call or text. The front office if very professional and friendly.

About Hygienist: The office has three hygienists and over the years I have seen two of them. They talk to you throughout the appointment and explain what is being done and do a thorough review at the end of your visit regarding the health of your mouth.

Dr. Cindy and Dr. Brian are one-of-a kind! They're both very humble, professional, highly skilled and extremely gentle. They're very warm, caring, funny with great chair side manners. The staff is amazing, they give you the best service you can ever get from a dental office. The front office team is very welcoming and extremely sweet. They have a great team of hygienist. It enjoy seeing them and getting my teeth clean. Painless and by far the best cleaning experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them. They are by far the best dental office and dentist ever. 2thumbs up!!!

Fabulous dental work, she pays attention to the smallest details- blankets, chapstick, movie glasses, comforting, and a warm towel at the end of each visit. It's like a spa! I feel you always get what you pay for and what a value for how fairly priced.

About Hygienist: All the hygenists are sweet, gentle, and super knowledgeable I have never had such great service

Dr. Pauley was my dentist for about 3 years before I decided to switch dentists. The main reason was because of the cost. She was a fantastic dentist, and took care of my teeth -- but the procedures I needed to have done would have been very expensive at her office. Part of the reason, is because she is no longer "in-network" with my insurance provider. I believe she was also a tad pushy on the procedures she asked me to have done. That being said, she has a great office staff, and probably some of the best hygeinists that I've ever encountered. Cleaning was always a breeze, and they did a very thorough job.

Dr. Cindy Pauley is an artist, as well as a kind and gentle dentist. She has done all manner of work for me: spectacular "lava" fillings, crown preps, crowns, mouth guards for night-knashing, fillings, and all in a calm and painless fashion. You will love the warm treatment everyone in this dentist's office gives you. Three Thumbs Up!

I've been seeing Dr. Cindy (this is how everyone in the office refers to her) for several years, and I'm happy with her as my dentist. She has done several fillings and crowns for me, and I always found her very concerned about getting a good fit and bite adjustment, to the point of rejecting a crown that wasn't up to her standards. I've been put out at the extra time it took sometimes, but I've been grateful for the insistence on quality work, and I've been happy with the results. She has a good chair-side manner, is good about pain management, and her staff are professional and friendly. You can watch videos on eyephones during longer procedures. I believe the charges are pretty typical for the region, neither especially expensive or cheap. The receptionists will ask for a deposit up front for expensive procedures when insurance will only cover a portion of the bill, and for co-pays; otherwise they will bill you after the insurance has been submitted and they know how much you owe. The receptionists call to confirm appointments a day or two in advance, and will send email reminders if you sign up. I called the answering service line once after hours and got a phone call back in about an hour, which I consider reasonable.

I was extremely happy with the process of repairs to my front teeth. The results were excellent. The time and care to make sure the teeth were perfect really impressed me. They are perfect ! A total of four front upper teeth were broke from an accident 30 years ago. I decided to go from caps to verneers. I believe it takes a great eye and skill to match teeth and I was a little leary at first, but the atmosphere and people made it painless and now they look great. I now notice other peoples teeth and I can see the quality in mine. At the time I thought the cost was high (I only had two estimates, both almost the same price.), now I see cost has some bearing but the results speak for themselves. One of the rare things in life I did for myself that I look at everyday and could not be happier with my decision to use Dr. Pauley.
