The focus is on exhausting your dental benefit amount as opposed to providing needed care (ripping off). She told me that all my teeth had cavities and needed to be fixed. Baloney! I had visited another dentist from my previous job, couple of months prior and he had told me that my teeth were fine. She even wanted to redo my crowns. They were perfectly OK. While cleaning my teeth she would keep making sarcastic jokes and laughing all the time. Eg, while spraying my mouth with antibiotic, she said "you are getting a free shower" ha! ha! ha! and other stupid jokes. Totally unprofessional.
Despite the above hassles, she has a modern clinic with good facilities. The procedures are good with minimal pain. They take care of the billing for you pretty well and the front desk is well organized. They also try to work with you on the cost with cash paying customers getting good discounts.
About Hygienist: The hygienist was very skilled. She took all the x rays and photographs pretty well. She does not speak much during the procedure. She and the doctor did my cleaning together. It was pretty thorough and mostly pain free.
