Said no problems with my daughter's teeth, after being told repeatedly there was sensitivity, pain, and dark spots on teeth. Five cavities must be filled, due to lack of his concern & care.

About Front Desk: Daughter will hound you for every cent, demands payment before insurance billing at the end of any visit. The dentist actually promotes his wine & wine business in the office! Very unprofessional office.

Excessively expensive. Aggressive collection on bills. Crowns repeatedly fell off on multiple family members. Nice guy but overall his office seems all about the money. Front office staff not all that friendly and can be rude at times. Techs nice. People in town like him but he's known for being super expensive with a back office staff that again, can be rude and prickly. Eventually left for a more reasonablty priced and friendlier place. Have heard new dentists joining his team don't stay.

I was a very difficult patient due to childhood trauma, Dr.Sam was fantastic with me, he was spectacular with pain management and dealing with my neurosis with dentists I highly reccomend him.

Daughter's implant years ago. She is still doing great. Crowns - all good. Cleanings, fillings over the years - all good. One emergency abcess; root canal. Dr. Sam is an extremely good dentist. He is very careful when he gives shots - really doesn't hurt. I would recommend him because he is an excellent dentist and I feel confident and secure in the work he does. The facilities are very nice and qutie new. They have a beautiful view out the window. Am happy that our insurance now covers more than it use to.

About Hygienist: Always had a good experience and pleasant hygientsts.
