I had brought my 4 year old daughter to him to have some shotty work fixed that was done by another dentist. She was anxious and scared and his and his assistant's manner was so incredibly wonderful with her. So far we have had no problem what so ever with the work that he did and will be happily returning!

Dr Kraus chair manner is very good. Had bad experiance with his work, filling did not get installed properly, they indicated that I would have to pay again for appointment to fix it. Xray person was very rough, told her so, just looked at me. The she stopped and answered the phone while I was sitting there. Now another filling he did fell out. They will not warrentee anything. One quote from them was off by 95 dollars, on a 200 dollar job. In short, my time there was wasted, and the work is Bad, and there is no recourse from them. Will be going to small claims after I get the work Re-done. I've called them to no avail. Do yourself a favor and keep looking! The only thing that went well was an extraction. 1-800-dentist is paid for by the dentist, has no reflection of there work.
