Dr. Jones has been my family dentist for the past 5 years. His demeanor is funny, concerned and nice. He is great with my daughter and she is always happy to see him. One of his receptionists, Brandy, is very personable and professional. He has had somewhat of a hygenist turn around. There have been a couple of them that I personally didn't care for. One that I was always afraid of disappointing if I hadn't been the best at flossing regularly. She was very good at her job, though. It seems that his pricing is always a little bit over what my insurance will cover, so I have to pay the difference. All in all, I am happy enough with the quality of service and friendliness of the staff that I don't mind paying the extra money.
I have and will continue to recommend him.

I had Dr. Jones several years ago. The reason why I left is that one of his hygenists working on cleaning my teetch was totally incompetent. She spent an hour of the appointment time talking to me and going back and forth changing her tools. She barely touch the teetch. In the end, the hour was up and I was to come back for another appointment to finish the cleaning. Of course they would charge for one more visit.
I was upset and wrote a letter to the doctor. But he basically dismissed me and turned a deaf ear to it. I think this is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate for patients. We deserve better treatment.
I would not recommend him.
