Kind, patient, fun, and thorough. Extremely respectful and understanding, and it's tremendous that he can make crowns and onlays in his office.

Really, like a health spa, it takes some time to realize you are actually at the dentist. Very pro-active, aggresive dental care.

Overpriced and office is more focused on appearance versus quality care. Appts are time-consuming- expect to be there hours. Had procedure that failed and took awhile to get problem fixed. Nice to have movies to watch but needs to focus more on pain control and decreased anxiety for patient. Parking is very limited. Did offer weekend appts and dental loan for financing.

1. The shade of the fillings didn't match my teeth, even though I paid extra to have this done.
2. Their overzealous hygienist scraped a chunk of enamel off of one of my front teeth.
2. Their office staff called months after my visit to accuse me of lack of payment, even though I'd paid off the balance at each visit. Why did they call to demand hundreds of dollars I'd already paid? Evidently, they never recorded the payments, and wouldn't stop calling until I dug out old bank statements and cancelled checks, and provided them with those details. They were rude and dishonest, telling me that they'd recorded all the payments I'd made and STILL I owed them hundreds more.
There's no excuse for this lack of professionalism and ineptitude.
