Horrible experience. He gave me an estimate and dental plan and was way off in cost and procedure. He then proceeded to injure me during the procedure and had to call another dentist for information on how to treat the problem he caused. At the same time he filled a cavity which left residual pain. I went back twice to have him fix the pain and he kept blaming me for it and eventually said he couldn't fix it and that eventually it would go away. He was right, after about six months it went away but I've never had a tooth filling hurt that much. I looked into suing him for malpractice but decided it wasn't worth the cost. Worst dentist I've ever been to.

About Front Desk: No problems with desk staff.

About Hygienist: Acceptable but you can tell she isn't happy working for Dr. Freeman and it is clear why by the way he talks to and treats his staff.

I went to Dr. Freeman because he was part of my insurance provider network. While he and his staff are very nice, the equipment and care were both worrisome. Instead of referring me to an endodontist for a root canal, Dr. Freeman attempted to do it himself as I was in MUCH pain after a filling didn't work. The equipment he used to determine the depth of the canal wasn't working properly, but he forged ahead, repeating that he didn't normally do root canals. He should have referred me to an endodontist, but is the kind of dentist that doesn't want to see you in pain, or spend too much money. This is great if you are on a tight budget and don't mind losing the tooth, which I did. Now, it's costing much more $$$ than I would have paid for my treatments as he had to pull the tooth. I have had 4 root canals before this Dr., and none led to having a tooth pulled. Clearly, he was not well equipped to do the job. So, if you need cheap dental care and don't care about your appearance, he's your guy, but if you are like me, and value your teeth, don't let him do anything besides genereal dentistry.

About Hygienist: Very nice, but as dingy as the office manager and dentist.

My father was a dentist, so I never had cavities until I was in my 30's & it was Dr. Freeman that addressed those. Suddenly, I was terrified of the dentist the way it is depicted in movies...but Dr. Freeman & his excellent staff put my mind to ease (and thankfully I never had any pain!). He made getting fillings from such a terrifying experience to a rather easy one!

About Hygienist: Lori was there for a long time, and she was the BEST! I wish they'd hire her back...the new hygientist is also quite good I have to admit though.

I had 3 visits with Dr. Freeman in the month of June/July and it was the worst dental experience of my life. I have seen plenty of dentists due to new jobs, new insurance, etc..and he and his staff are the most unprofessional group I have had to deal with. Dr. Freeman has yelled at the staff in front of me, his methods are not up to date (ex. he tried to sell me on gold fillings) and he snapped at me when I questioned his work. My last experience was so horrible that I left during the procedure. I requested my xrays 3 weeks ago and they are still not ready. I am now paying out of my pocket for a different dentist to have the crown work re-done

About Hygienist: Only 1 dental assistant.

Unprofessional, unhygienic, unfriendly staff. Expect a minimum wait of 45 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. I got dry socket after getting my wisdom teeth removed at this clinic. To make matters worse, the dentist gave me a pair of forceps to take home and instructed me to remove the gauze on my own so he wouldn't have to come in on his day off. Another time, while taking an impression of my teeth the hygienist was busy on a personal phone call and left the mold in my mouth to harden for WAY too long. She came back shocked and had to yank it out of my mouth, almost ripping out my teeth and offered no apology. I also made the mistake of getting a splint made through this clinic and it took them SEVEN tries before they got it right. I had to come in SEVEN times within two weeks before the splint was finally made to fit correctly. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. My entire family has gone to this clinic and we have all had nothing but bad experiences.
