There is simply none better. The care and consideration of this man is beyond description. It is sad to hear Bob is retiring but, after so many great years, it is fitting he should now join the ranks of retirement and spend quality time with his family and dear caring wife Becky. My daughter has worked for Bob and will testify Bob is simply the best Dentist she knows. Scriber Lake Dentristy will now be in the gentle hands of Dr Ted Hennessey who Bob is confident will carry on his practice with the greatest of skill and efficency. Bob, we salute you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the skill and kindness you have shown our family. It is with sadness and happiness we receive this news. All the best to you kind sir!

I used Dr Eilert many years ago, then moved to the east coast about 14 years on job relocation. After moving back to Seattle area, the company had specific insurance and he wasn't on the plan. This year our office changed to another dential plan that allows us to use him and glad I switched. Dr Eilert has been a fantastic dentist for me. I recently chipped off a large part of my tooth and he fit me in his schedule fixing it right away. He's not high pressure and his staff has been around along while..... some over 25 years. Dr Eilert procedures I've had done are fast, efficient and with little pain. He communicated well the options available and lets me decide without high pressure. I don't like needles at all and is efficient pinching your cheeks allowing me not to feel anything. The only thing I can say that might be a negative in any way is he doesn't have a monitor with digital xrays I could visually look at the area in question like some other dentists I went to on the East coast. But the xrays he takes are high quality just not digital with monitor viewing. He was very reasonable and his billing department was great to work with. I would highly reccommed him and his staff to anyone.

About Hygienist: I had my teeth cleaned several weeks ago and say it one of.... if not the best cleaning I've ever had. I had a great experience having my teeth cleaned and left feeling she did a great job....deep cleaning, flossing and polishing my teeth. She was fast, efficient and thorough. I'm a heavy person and don't like the chair tilted back much. She stood up so that my chair didn't have to be tilted back and worked with me. She was a great Hygienist and very positive attitude.

We love Dr. Bob, my son asked often when his next dental appointment is. How often is it you get a child asking when they can go to dentist? :-) His prices are resonable and the staff is always friendly.

About Hygienist: They are always good to work with.

Dr Eilert has been my dentist for over 15 years, and he is one of the best I've ever used. He is very quiet and calming, very capable, and always in a good mood. His staff is the best - funny, professional, very easy to work with, and always friendly. I would highly and enthusiastically recommend him and his service to everyone.

About Hygienist: Fantastic - the best in the area. There have been several over the years, but every one of them a pleasure.

Cannot believe this dentist. My bridge broke. "My" dentist wanted $150 to see me after 5 pm when my tooth came off after the temporary "glue" job he did until he could repair it. Dr. Bob stayed after 5 pm, saw me right away and is a really nice guy. No $150 charge. This is a dentist everyone should go to. Great staff too.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Eilert and his staff for so long now that it is almost not funny. Everyone from my mother - who suffers from an extreme phobia of dentists, my 4 siblings, myself, and now my now 13 month old son have seen him over the years. Every time I have seen Dr Bob, not only does he remeber Me, he remembers my family and we talk. It feels not like seeing a doctor or a stranger, but an old friend.

About Hygienist: All of his hygienists over the years have been great, from the ones who bowled with my mother on bowling leagues, to the new ones fresh from school. Dr Bob has a nack of finding wonderful people with great personalities, a strong ability to relate to paitents, but are also excellent at their work all at the same time, something that is often hard to do as exampled in other dentestry offices that friends have complained about before they have tried Dr Bob's office.

Great people, very good dentist. One of the best I've had (and I've moved around a lot, so I've had a few), and his people and customer service put it all over the top. Highly recommended.

My entire family has been going to Dr. Eilert forever. I personally have been going to him since I was 4 years old. He is very kind and gentle...to the point that you don't even know he did anything. He was a guinea pig in dental school so he truly knows first hand how to treat patients of any age. Truly the best! I now drive 20 miles just to see him.

About Hygienist: We also have had the privilege of knowing our hygienist for decades because he treats his staff well and they stay forever.

I do not do well at the dentist, terrified of the needles and grinding! My husband and his mother have been going to Dr. Eilert for a lifetime and both kept telling me to try him out. My mother in law has the same fears I have. Well I finally, with lots of apprehension gave Dr. Eilert a try. Okay so the office is a little dark and located in the back of a strip mall but the rooms are personable and the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. All are very friendly and let me tell you, I hardly felt a thing! I had two broken fillings with some decay and he fixed me right up with only one short consultation, so 2 visits in total. I didn't have to go through a major exam or have ex-rays, he just took care of what was currently ailing me. He of course made suggestions for future work of which I will be returning for, especially now that I know it won't hurt! In addition, I am self employed and do not have dental insurance so they gave me 60 days to pay and give discounts for paying cash. Overall, I'm very happy this worked out! Gone are the days of putting off the care of my teeth and waiting until I am in excrutiating pain to deal with them!

Saw DrBob in early 90's until early 2000's. I liked him & most of his staff. Some of his chair-side assistants were angels. He is fairly gentle which is a must for this chicken. I would & have recommended him.

About Hygienist: The hygienists we saw over the years were wonderful. My kids had their teeth cleaned often & never hesitated when I told them where we were headed. Smiles all around.
