I went for general check-up and was told I needed a root canal. Doc was unable to finish and sent me to entadontist (sp). I then received a letter from Stern saying he would not treat me anymore and I had to pay a lot out of pocket to start with a new dentist. He did this while in the middle of the proceedure and took 4 weeks to get my records to new dentist. I ended up waiting 7 weeks to get temporary filling over root canal fixed when it was recommended that it be done in two. Stay away from this guy, his wife works in the office and was very rude to my wife on the phone about the unpaid portion of the bill, which I will not pay until I check things out. WDS is my insurance and they told me he billed for emergency treatment. I had no emergency treatment from him.
