Dr. Gosch was my dentist while I was in the Navy and continues to provide the dental needs that my family requires. We have recommended Dr Gosch and his staff to many friends and acquaintances over past years knowing that Dr Gosch and his staff will provide the best possible dental care in the area.

Dr Gosch pulled all my upper teeth after assuring me that nobody "saves" teeth- they replace them nowadays! I feel pretty stupid now because Dr Gosch dismissed me as a patient before restoring my teeth with implants. $20,000 later and I'm not sure I'm any better off. I have 15 fewer teeth. No chewing for me!!
If I had "kept my mouth shut" about the numbness in my mouth, and face, the loss of taste and the post op arterial bleeding- I might still be a patient of Dr Gosch!! Perhaps I'm lucky to be dismissed!!

I have seen this doctor for over 30 years. He does a very good job and is the zen master of painless (pretty darn close) shots. While I get along fairly well, he can rub some patients the wrong way for unexplainable reasons. But to each his own.
His staff has been with him a long time and they are very good. The office is clean, quiet and laid out nicely. He will make reccomendations, but not feel put off by a "no".

What can I say about Dr. Gosch and his staff? Hes been my family dentist for many years now. All my children have beautiful teeth because of him.
Its been a few years now since He gave me my new smile. I had a couple of fangs in the front that would have required full mouth braces for two years, and there was no guarantee that I would be happy with the results. All of this on top of mid-life? No thanks! I opted for the faster version=veneers. Let me tell you, they are FABULOUS. However, the amount of work involved just astounded me. I still cannot believe what a perfect match they are to my regular teeth. If I drink coffee or eat something staining they dont change differently than my regular teeth. They are super comfortable, not sensitive to hot or cold. I get compliments all the time, especially from people in the dental business. Every day I look in the mirror and think - why didnt I do this years ago?
He also fit me with a night guard as I clench my teeth when I sleep, waking up with a bad headache. The night guard eventually eliminated the problem, re-training my jaw to relax. Now I seldom have to use it.
I also have to thank Susan Gosch, Dr.s wife. She is the best hygienist I have ever had, so caring and sensitive to others needs. Bottom line...Dr. Gosch and his team have totally spoiled me and my family. He doesnt know this, but I call him my Hollywood doctor because if he had his practice there he would be doing all the stars!
