Very decent place to get your teeth done and for the whole family, quick and friendly. I love the staff and pretty much everything about it except that the dentists spend a whole 3 seconds with you, so it's the assistants that should get all the credit. I find it hard to pay 300$ to a dentist who pops in for three seconds and doesn't even give eye contact.

Dr. Beck's office is very clean and smells heavily of sanitizing cleaners. He himself is very personable. However, it is a very high throughput operation that made me feel like the goal was to get me in and out as quickly as possible. The quality of thework did not inspire me either after I had a crown done that turned into a root canal that has never been comfortable ever since. They seem fine for routine stuff like cavities but for crowns and root canals I wasn't impressed.

I hate going to the dentist and have had several previous bad experiences. However this has not been the case with Dr. Beck. I've had two crowns and a molar extracted by Dr. Beck. The procedures were nearly painless and I had no complications or problems later. Dr. Beck is always friendly and willing to hear my concerns. The staff at Wildwood is alway prompt and friendly. I highly recommend Wildwood to anyone who fears the dentist.

My 6 year old was to have 2 teeth extracted. She was scared and asked for her mom to be in the room. The office refused saying it was office policy not to have any parent in the exam room. I refused to leave my scared 6 year old. Dr. Beck was unavailable to speak with me even though I had an appointment. I was asked to leave because I was raising my voice. I left, taking my dughter with me, without having the work done. I left 2 voice mails for Dr. Beck over 2 days and was eventually told he would never be returning my calls. The customer service is horrific and Dr. Beck's chair side manner is non-existent. They should put their patient's needs ahead of any unexplainable policy, especially when the patient is 6 years old!
Terrible experience! Save yourself the headache and do not visit this office.
