I have had just about everything in my mouth and I would never leave this dentist office! Dr Reich is terrific and this staff is amazing. All of them have great chairside manners, experts in their fields, gentle, kind and very helpful. I totally trust my dental needs to Dr. Reich and his staff. I would highly recommend this office!

I love Dr Reich. I used to be sick before I went to the dentist. Not since I've been going to him. He is good, kind, gentle and always up on the latest info. He has done extractions, fillings, root canals, crowns, and bridges. The people who work in his office are wonderful. Our whole family goes to him.

I have no dental insurance, so after receiving a temporary filling I asked for the total due before leaving (same day payment). The receptionist charged me for services I had not received, or requested (i.e. an "emergency" fee of $72). As I questioned the reason for that fee, the receptionist went back to check with the doctor's assistant. She returned saying that "it is OK", they will "waive the fee this time", as if that was a personal favor. They still charged me $158 for a temporary filling. I should make it clear that I had not requested an "emergency" visit, and I was not in pain, I had no sensitivity to cold or warm, or any discomfort - only a broken corner of a tooth (molar) that has a large filling in the middle. The temporary filling covers the exposed corner. Need a good dentist? Try someone else.

The staff is nice. Dr. Reich has irritated me on several occasions. One time in the chair I couldn't breath due to a cold and he wouldn't stop working on me. Another time after 2 hours in the chair, he was speaking to his assistant stating that he could work on me for another hour without asking me for my permission. He tried selling me a Night Guard mouth piece for $400 when I bought one at Bartells for $25. He told me I needed something put on my front teeth without asking me if it was OK. I called and told the office girl NO. He's an Android just like the docs I work with in ICU. I'll never see the guy again. Actually I haven't met a dentist yet that hasn't tried to sell me something. All I want is the basics. Teeth cleaning or a filling, etc.

An extremely upbeat staff. Two dentists, Dr. Reich, and Dr. Scoles. My entire family is extremely impressed after changing to this office in the past 2 years due to a move to the area. We actually look forward to our visits now. The whole office is super friendly, knowledgable, with the latest high tech dentistry utmost professionalism. It speaks volumes when there is virtually no turnover in staff, the same staff has been here from 10-20 years and they actually take vacations together! This healthy relationship between the staff becomes apparent to their patients. I have had several crowns here and each was fitted properly and painlessly. Previous dentists had put crowns in which ended up coming out, and were never quite the right fit. The front office staff is super helpful with insurance billing, setting appointments and giving reminders by email, snail mail and phone.
