They knew my name after one visit. I was highly impressed. Everything is done quickly and efficiently. I have TMJ and that wasn't a problem for them where it has been for others.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is super friendly. I had extreme dental anxiety and they have manged to make going to the dentist actually fun! So far, I have had 7 fillings, a root canal, and a crown and I no longer fear the dentist. They take great care of you, and they make me laugh every time I am there. Both Dr. Acuesta and Dr. Martin are wonderful!

I've never had a cavity in my life, and on my first visit to Dr. Acuesta she found 4 and wanted to drill all 4 on my next visit. She didn't give me a cleaning either, on my first visit -- probably so that she can collect more $ on yet another visit for that.
I decided to do a bit of research and could not find where she went to school. hmmmmm. And then I find this:

Apparently King county believes "She fell below the standard of care"
So I then decided to get a 2nd opinion and went to another dentist and to keep it fair I did not mention what Dr Acuesta found. The new dentist did not find ANY cavities, and said my teeth were in great shape. WOW

Fantastic service. The staff are considerate, professional and friendly. I have never had such an easy time getting fillings; no one enjoys such a procedure, but the professionalism here made it totally okay. Highly recommended.

Lourdes is very friendly ... as is her entire staff. The facilities are okay, nothing spectacular, but for the most part clean, comfortable and not too "institutional looking". I'm generally okay with the success of the treatments ... I wouldn't say she is the best dentist I have ever had as far as quality of work ... but she is okay.

I visited this dentist on 3 occasions for fillings. The first occasion went tolerably well. She scolded me thoroughly for having cavities and then drilled with gusto, paying no attention to my pain level. Because she was across the street from my work and had done my x-rays I returned for my second set of fillings. This was a mistake. She failed to properly cure a composite filling on my tooth, leading it to crack and the tooth to further decay. When I called her and told her I was in extreme pain (two days later, the pain never went away) she refused to schedule me for that day, in fact she insisted that I wait at least two weeks. I chose to go to another dentist instead.
Overall, I would not recommend this dentist if you need anything other than a cleaning. Even my "extensive" cleaning was done thoroughly and comfortably by her assistants.
