I was supposed to get a regular root canal. This went very wrong. The nitrus gas machine vacuum sealed my nose, which is now purple and swollen. And this was one of the most painful appointments ever. They pushed and pulled on my mouth nicked me with their tools and in the end gave me a partial root canal, whatever that is. Now I need to go to another dentist to finsih what they started. Also I told the hygienist she bruised my nose and she didn't act like anything was wrong.
About Hygienist: She was rough on my poor mouth.

All the techs as well as Dr. Danieli have great senses of humor and there's always decent music playing to lessen the stress. Oh, and there are those cool massage pads! The place is always spotless and they don't get too upset when I accidentally forget an appointment. I've only had one billing error in the 7 years I've been patronizing the establishment. Dr. Danieli only recommends work that ~needs~ to be done and never pushes unnecessary or unwanted procedures. She is also very knowledgeable about new technologies and treatments.

Wow - really hated this one, and I'm not a person who fears dentists. Dr. Danieli was the most painful dentist I've ever visited, and her hygenist at my first visit was really incompetent -- struggled for ages to get a sheet arranged in my mouth and pushed so hard on my jaw, despite my warning her about my TMJ, that I was in pain for days. Eventually someone more experienced took over and slipped it in between my teeth with no problem or pain, but I was severely unimpressed that they let this clumsy girl mess with me for so long first.
Dr. Danieli is intense and hard to deal with - I went several times before vowing to never return.

Once you get to know her, she is fine. No doubt her dental skills and experience are immaculate. She obviously knows what she is doing. An excellent dentist with a little bit odd social skills.
