dr. devigne not only cost my wife and i a great amount of money, he also mis-diagnosed her and caused her much pain and a long healing period as well. he had no idea, nor did he look to see if my wife had cavitations and performed unnecessary surgeries. after everything was done he even told my wife that she needed to have another root canal (ps - if you don't know, you should never get a root canal, never, they are awful for you and should never be performed), we were later told by another, much more qualified dentist that this tooth was perfectly fine and needed no work. dr. devigne is out for money, and doesn't do good work. if you would like to find out more on "real" natural dentistry google bill henderson, he wrote a book on how bad dentistry gave his wife cancer and how dentistry is the cause of many of our illnesses and diseases.

I had a horrible experience of having to be refitted multiple times for crowns. I also had to get a root canal in the middle of it because of the work he did and he did not tell me that that could potentially happen. That caused me to fully go over my deductible and I had a huge out of pocket bill. The work also led to a crack in another tooth that I will now have to pay to fix out of pocket. It was the worst medical/dental experience of my life.

I was in terrible tooth pain and this dentist took over from my old dentists practice.
Saw him for a xray and consult. I was overjoyed that he was going to pull the tooth that day. I cancelled all my afternoon apointments at my office. Went to move my car to Their parking lot. Being the Xmass season. it took literally 10 minutes. De Vigne said it took too long for me to park. So, he said he was busy with his lunch instead of finishing my appointment to pull my tooth. Pike Place market at Christmas, ppl.
Not only was his behavior childish. Its highly unethical to refuse care to a patient who is in pain like I had been.

Dr Kent is wonderful! He makes his patients feel very comfortable, always explaining any part of treatment or procedure I have questions about. I have always had every expectation met and exceeded.

I've been with Kent for quite a long time now. He has a great location in the Pike Place market near my work.
I've never really had any complaints about Kent; he gets the job done and responds to things that I request. He has a good attention to detail, and points out the smallest of potential trouble areas so that I can focus on them more. His staff are all nice and laid back, and do their jobs well too.
I have not had any cosmetic surgery done with Kent, primarily just cavity visits and cleanings.

I had an awful experience with some fillings with incompetant staff. They were poorly done as he tried to do two patients at once. I had to have them re-shaped and they altered my bite. I should have also listened to the voice in the back of my head that said they were unneccessary to begin with.

I found my experience at this office to be good at first but then I found it all to come down to money. Even though I had spent several thousand dollars I found out that they had not ordered a dental piece until I paid for it first. I also found the office to be rude at times.

Kent is a great dentist with a wondeful staff. The office is, located on the market with a lovely view, is a delight, very comfortable and pleasantly appointed. Everyone does their absolute best to make you at ease, and perform their duties quickly and efficiently with as little fuss and pain as possible. It's not quite a 5 star hotel....after all it is the dentist! However, short of that, this is the place to go!

DR DEvigne has been my dentist for about 1.5 years. The service at first was good however I have found that the service has gotten worse. Also the rudneess by which I was dealt with on more than 1 occassion was terrible. In regards to collecting money it seems like the number 1 concern, even to the point that after spending thousands of dollars treatment was still delay, unknown to me, until I paid for the treatment in advance. I didn't expect the dentist to be so concerned with getting paid. Money first, treatment later.
