The receptionist is always friendly and helpfull, they have been able to work with my dental insurance company and take care of the paperwork.
Prices seem ok, but not sure as I havent been shopping around.
Would say that Dr. Dull is a compitent guy and knows his stuff pretty well, had a back cavity drilled n' filled and it hasn't rotted up again. The hygenists that worked there were also nice.

I was seeing Dr. Dull for about 5 years. His main strengths are his technical knowledge and skill. His office is professional and comfortable. I had a lot of work that needed to be done once over the course of a couple months.
The problem was that he was arrogant and did not listen my concerns about the course of treatment, or even communicate to me what exactly what the treatment was. He added treatments (and charges) that we had not agreed to. To sum up, while still trying to figure out what was going on he would almost literally push my head down and stick the tools in.
Also, after we stopped going to see him and stopped returning his reminder calls for checkups, his office made appointments for us anyway and then called to complain when we didn't show up -- bizarre.

A very nice office with friendly professionals. Dr. Dull is really gentle and always explains what is going on.
