He is the best!!! I now live in California, and wish my childhood dentist, Dr. Nigrelle was working down here. I still have the gold crown that he put in for me 26years ago.

while the repeated lecturing on dental hygiene is a bit annoying, it has definitely improved my oral health. Suffering through being treated like a 9 year old when quizzed about the importance of the separate steps in his proprietary cleaning procedure, is definitely worth being treated by the best dentist ever. Nonstandard stuff, like tongue cancer exams, are standard here during routine checkups.

I know this doctor: over 10 years

preventive dentistry at its best! if you don't know about his "7 steps tp great dental health" you owe it to your teeth and gums and overall health to make an appointment asap and learn firsthand from Dr. Nigrelle. You'll get dental education 101 - this is the way to really be pro-active about the health of your mouth. Great dentist- great staff! a gentle, caring approach for everyone, not to mention getting your kids started on really great dental care!

Dealing with Dr. Nigrelle and his staff has been a pleasure. He has developed a very methodical home care process for cleaning your teeth. He expects you to follow it rigourously, and if you do the results are amazing! He spent a fair bit of time introducing me to the "Seven Steps" of cleaning your teeth at home, and it was an eye-opener. I always thought I knew how to clean my teeth, but clearly I had a lot to learn. I'm very happy dealing with Dr. Nigrelle and look forward to having him as my dentist for years to come.

Dr. Nigrelle is very good and also will try to preserve your teeth versus fill them for the most cost. He is more interested in helping people develop healthy and strong habits of dental hygiene than making money. Make an appointment early because his patients love him and refer all of their friends to him, so his schedule is always booked. He is great!!

This guy is truly amazing! I originally went to see Dr. Nigrelle for orthodontic work to correct a twisted left upper lateral which had been affecting my french horn playing. In 2 months, he had moved 4 teeth, corrected the problem, and installed a permanent wire to anchor the teeth. Dr. Nigrelle also advocates what he calls the "7 Steps to Great Dental Health". They are: 1) Brush 2) Use a Stimudent (google it) in accordance with his special approach 3) Brush again 4) Floss 5) Rinse 6) Brush again, focusing on the tongue side 7) Rinse again. By following the 7 Steps, I can completely clean my teeth every night, in just 15 minutes. I have a family history of gum disease and 7 large fillings from before I met Dr. Nigrelle. Since I began performing the 7 Steps on a nightly basis, I've had no cavities, my gums have stopped receding, and my annual dental expenses have dropped by 75%. Dr. Nigrelle is not just a fantastic dentist, he is also an orthodontist and an oral surgeon (12 years of school) who enthusiastically attends dental industry conferences, and he provides a supportive hands-on environment for the occasional University of Washington dental student. Outstanding, and cheaper than my previous dentist!

it took me 30 years to find a dentist who is able to communicate with his patient in an educational yet entertaining way. During the first session I learned quite a bit about dental health that I had not known before while loosing my general dentist anxiety. His '7 steps to complete dental health' initially amused more than left an impression but over time it has become a constant reminder and source of encouragement during my bathroom times. Meanwhile, his placard on dental health has gained popularity among all my friends and is reviewed and discussed frequent ly. Cost for his service seems reasonable and actually dirt cheap in the long run if you're willing to follow Martin's recommendations.
