I visited this dentist on Sept 13th for a molar that was decayed. I asked to have the tooth extracted and was told by Dr. Waind that he could save the tooth and fill it. Following his suggestion I chose the form of treatment. I was given two choices pull the tooth which was more expensive or fill it. Upon his suggestion as the professional I chose the lesser of the two and paid $213.
After he filled it, he said "Hmm It might still need to come out". I went home and experience continued pain for the next few days and it got progressively worse. I called the Dr. on the 20th and asked for an appointment to get it extracted. His office assistant was extremely rude to my wife and left a voicemail on phone for a full price quote of $280 to pull it. This seemed unreasonable to me and I had my wife call to get a reasoning to this price. We recieved absolutely no compassion, offer for pain meds, or any "customer service" what so ever.
I cancelled my appointment and went to a more professional and compassionate Dentist. Upon requesting that Dr. Waind send the x-ray to the new dentist, we received no response.
Needless to say, don't use this Dentist!!

Great Staff, Great Dr. And very clean facilities. I got my Invisilign process completed through Dr. Waind and it was a success and I'm happy with the outcome.

I have been going to Mark's office for 2 years now and my teeth have never been in better shape. His staff is very friendly and he is great!!! Never been to a better dentist.
