Service has gotten worse in the last couple years. Not a fan of getting drilled on when I'm not numb.

Rude staff and cold and uncaring. Dr Haines is disconnected from his patients and lacks communicating skills. They get irritated very easily. IT feels inviting when you show up on appointments.

In the past I was very picky about my dentists, but after seeing Dr. Haines I completely trust him. He takes time with patients and gets to know them as a person. I am in the process of getting veneers, and so far even with the temporaries in, they already look and feel amazing. Even though the cost is a bit higher, I feel that when dealing with cosmetic aspects, you get what you pay for, and I would highly recommend spending the extra $$ to have amazing results from a dentist that is way above the standard.

I went to a few dentists in the area before I found one that i was happy with. This office is a great fit for me. Dr. Haines is knowledgeable and gets the dental work done right the first time. They don't try and upsell you for stuff you don't need and they don't act as though they are a day spa like so many in the area. They are a solid Dental office with lots of experience and quality equipment. When I go there I feel like I get an honest evaluation of the health of my gums and teeth. I'd recommend this office to anyone I know. I'm moving soon and am sorry to have to find another dentist.
About Hygienist: I floss daily so my cleanings are always brief. The hygienist amazingly enough remembers details about my family and personal life............I don't even remember what she looks like, but she takes the time to remember my history and is very thorough and pleasant. All around a nice staff and dentist to go to.

Dr Haines and his staff are the best. Knowledgeable, Friendly and always on time. I have never had a problem with any of the work done at the office. I highly recommend him.
