My husband and I have been with Dr. Bird for 32 yrs. He has been our children's only dentist. He has done fillings, crowns, bridges and many root canals for us. Dr. Bird's primary concern is keep the patient as comfortable as possible. His entire staff is friendly, competant and always cheerful. We recommend him heartily!
About Hygienist: Our experience with his Hygienist's has also been excellent.

Doctor Bird had been my dentist since I was a child. I as well as the last person leaving a comment now bring my young kids into see him and his son Doctor Zack Bird. They are outstanding and do everything they can to make you comfortable. You are always informed on what is suggested or needed of you to improve the health of your teeth. I have always had the most friendly assistants as well.

This dentist office does good work.
They are kind and friendly and they make payment arrangements with you. But, not enough attention is paid to exceeding your yearly benefits. We pay more than $600. 00 per month for medical and dental benefits. $1000.00 of benefits to spend per year is paid by our insurance per person in our family. Problem being that I have great teeth and I owe about $700.00 to this office and part of this $700.00 should have waited til January when my benefits renewed. They should help customers by explaining how much benefits they have to be paid out of pocket especially when we pay for insurance monthly too.
I should have done better with small monthy payments to this office. I was sad that they were not watching out for me. I am being sued by their collection agencey. They are very mean. I have tried to make payment arrangements and they have sent my check back to me and sent me a summons instead now I owe $1000.even if I pay it within their time allowance which is almost impossibe without having my car repossessed or not paying my mortgage we still get a judgement. If I don't pay they will garnish my husbands paycheck which will embarrass him and in this economy that is not good all.
About Hygienist: she was nice and gentle p.s. I have never had a root canal ever or crown and no silver in my mouth . Just fillings

Dr. Bird has been my dentist for as long as I can remember and now sees my kids. I trust his knowledge and experience fully. He is fantastic! He makes you feel comfortable and does not do unecessary work.
