I've had many appointments with Dr. Croasdill in the past two years. Root canal, crown, fillings, routine exams, etc. My experience with him as well as his staff is nothing but positive. They are very kind, skilled, and work extremely well together. They make you feel comfortable and Dr. Croasdill explains every step of the procedure as it's happening, so you feel like you're a part of the process rather than a patient who is simply being worked on.
About Front Desk: Janet and Sandy are the best! Janet has always given me estimates that on the penny. Sandy is the best scheduler ever! She'll call you if there's a cancellation and see if you'd like to move your appointment up to an earlier date, etc. She always sends an email reminder prior to the appointment.

About Hygienist: They hygienests who work fro Dr. Croasdill are equally impressive. Very warm and highly experienced.

Be warned. Dr. Croasdill will pass off the blame to someone else and refer you outside of his office to seek further treatment if he causes a problem during your treatment. He doesn't care about actually helping the patient, especially if he is the one who caused the problem. This review is due to a real, personal experience, which I had to make a return visit due to intense pain. All to find out that he did not want to help, but rather send me to someone else.

Dr Croasdill staff does my cleanings and cavities. They contacted insurance for me. Very mindful of my comfort. His office and treatment is excellent!
