Dr. Heil has filled a number of cavities for me over the years, as well as extracted a broken tooth.
He has always been very professional, and has made every accommodation needed to alleviate my pain.

I was looking for a new dentist closer to home and was referred to Dr. Robert and Heather Heil. I had never had cavities in my life and was informed that I needed 13. Note that my last checkup was about one year prior. I decided to get a second opinion from a large and reputable dental firm with many locations, and was informed that my teeth were perfectly fine and did not have any cavities. My second opinion even did a full mouth Xray and cavity detecting Xray. We talked to others in the community and were alarmed that others had similar experiences where they were advised they needed cavities that were unwarranted. We were advised to contact the Better Business Bureau for fraud and to investigate this matter further.
We feel that Dr. Heil may be committing fraud by drilling cavities when they are unwarranted. Please share any other experiences you may have.
