We have been seeing Dr. Fay and staff for a number of years. Our experience has always been very pleasant. I recently took my 11 year old daughter in for a filling. I knew she recieved the initial injection because I heard doctor say, "see that wasn't so bad". 10 mins later I heard him yell, "because you jumped I stabbed myself. you are the most undisciplined person I have met", he came running out by me in the waiting room yelling that I needed to get my daughter out of there. "Because of her I stabbed myself and now have to go to the hospital for a ton of tests", and continued to tell me how undisciplined she was. He then went back in the room and continued yelling at my daughter. I went back to get her and asked her what happened and she didnt know. The tech told me she moved when Dr was giving her another shot. My daughter later told me she didnt know she was getting another shot and when she saw the metal she looked to see what it was. Regardless if my daughter jumped or not, his display was unacceptable. The way he yelled at a child like that was horrific. A phone call later to the staff revealed the situation should have been handled better and she didnt jump/move any worse than anyone else that doesn't like shots.
