Jana Gyurina is deceitful and dishonest. Before going to her, my teeth were in good health. Suddenly she said I had lots cavities, needed my lower teeth all pulled, wanted to do implants but when that didn't work, then a partial, now she said I need two more crowns. She said my older son needed 12 cavities filled, daughter 8 cavities filled and younger son, 7 cavities plus needed a root canal. We went to the dentist every 6 months but she said she could "see better". A second opinion from another dentist said these procedures were all unnecessary. Stay away as she is a scam!

New to the area. I wanted to establish a primary dentist as I have had in my previous state. First, I wanted to see Dr. Gyurina's partner, and was denied. When it is time to see Dr. Gyurina, she enters the room quickly, speaks quickly, and before you know it, you are quoted a couple of thousand dollars of work and expected to schedule immediately. This is after being told how remarkable my teeth were for my age. My previous dentist was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and never rushed to do unnecessary work. That is not the case with Jana Gyurina. Patients are asked at what level of detail they would like the assessment explained. Being in the medical field, I requested "detailed". Jana looked at me and questioned my request as if to say 'REALLY?!'. If you visit her website you will notice only 5 star reviews, with a few 4 star reviews, listed. They either remove any negative feedback or they are kept at the very bottom. Some may enjoy Jana's infomercial style, self promoting videos on Youtube. She makes it look as though she is a special, expert guest on CNN. Also, you may be promised a gift card for making an appointment. I never rec'd one even after inquiring. It's been 3mo. I have cancelled any future appointment
About Front Desk: I found them to be dishonest. Unprofessional. Unfulfilled promises. The practice seems to be more interested in the money, not the customer.

Dr. Jana is unethical, and thinks only of monetary gains instead of what the patient truly needs. Our family spent thousands of dollars on dental work that we did not need. This included misdiagnosed root canals, cavities, and gum issues. Unfortunately we did not find out until later that the work was not necessary. When we were told once again that we needed yet MORE work to be done, we finally decided it was time to get another opinion. We went to two other reputable dentists in Madison, and were told that this work was 100% unnecessary - and once they saw all of our records (including x-rays), they were shocked that the previous work was needed. In addition to our experience, we have spoken with others who have had the same issues with Dr. Jana. Save your money and your teeth, and go to another dentist!
