He's the best! Didn't try to sell me anything, great service from his staff. Got me in on a last minute appointment. Seriously, he's the absolute best.
About Hygienist: Very careful with my teeth. I've had bad experiences in the past with other hygienists. She was great!

The hygenist I always get stuck with is really hard on my gums, making them bleed quite a bit. But the Dr. is super nice and helfpul.

He did a crown for me and so far have had no problems with it.
He is a personable guy who takes care in his work.
The office personnel were ok but could try to be a little less rushed with patients. Costs were about average compared to other dentists in the area.

I moved to Santa Rosa three years ago and I still drive down to see Dr. Hui because he's been my dentist for over twenty years and he does great work. I also get great serivce from the rest of the staff.

Norman is a great dentist! During the 1.5 years I've come to him, I've mostly just had my teeth cleaned and fillings done. He and his staff are all very friendly and do a great job of making you feel very comfortable in his office. He is always very accommodating and does a great job explaining all the options and what he's doing.

dr hui and his staff are always pleasant and remember who i am. i'm a ucb student and have university insurance, so i actually don't know how much he costs, and also am not looking for "health spa" facilities. his dental office was homey and comfortable.

My teeth were cleaner and whiter after the procedure, but the hygienist was quite rough during the scraping process and I don't think my gums have bled more before or since. Dr. Hui was nice though and the visit was fairly efficient.

Very professional and courteous. The receptionist is easy to get hold of, unlike other offices I have encountered. Dr Hui takes time to explain, and listens to the patient. Of the 4 dentists I have encountered, he is the best by far.

I love Dr. Hui. He is super friendly as well as very professional. The best part about going to Dr. Hui is that I am confident he is 100% honest and only wants to provide the best dental treatment for his patients. The hygenist at Dr. Hui's office is very thorough and all his staff friendly and helpful.
