I think this dentist needs to go back to school. My dentures broke in half went to see if she could fix them she said YES and also told me I needed a new set of dentures. I asked how much to fix 360.00 is what she said and they might break again . She told me not to eat a pork chop or steak well the very next day not even 12 hours later the dentures broke again eating a slice of toast. I went into office to ask for either a refund or a fix again and I was told they wouldn't do either. My Wife called and spoke with the reciptionest to try to get either the money refunded or fixed again. she put her on hold went to ask doctor and was told to use super glue. What kind of dentist does she think she is .
My husband went to Chicago on Friday and after 4 hours of driving there and back and 4 hours of waiting time he has his dentures back in his mouth and fixed.. Now that's a dentist how can she call herself a dentist..
About Front Desk: She was not friendly told me she wouldn't give me a refund. told me to use super glue and she made sure she had 20 years of service . Doing what scamming people!! terrible people.

Dr. Prust has no chair-side manor with her patients! She needs to realize that dental care is expensive and not all people can afford to have things done immediately. There is no reason for a dentist to make patients leave the office feeling worse than when they arrived!
