I've been going to Dr. Levi since 2003 and have had probably a dozen fillings and and all my by-annual cleanings. Her staff is always friendly and she is always prompt and efficient. She also fitted me with a crown after I broke a tooth eating frozen corn. She charges steep especially for not having dental insurance but I guess that is to be expected. She let me work out a payment plan for the crown because I couldn't afford it outright. She always asks about pain level while shes working and never hesitates to ramp up the novicane if in doubt. And prescribed pain medication afterwards. Ive gotten a stern word or 2 about flossing more often from the various hygienists that have cleaned my teeth. So I guess I should floss more. But it doesn't help that I already know that. Levi's beside manner is friendly and she always asks me how I've been.

I had a few disappointing dentists in the east bay before discovering Dr. Levi. Her care is technically excellent and she is a pleasant person who always put me at ease. I stayed in her care even while temporarily living in New York, seeing her on vacations twice a year for three years --that's how good she is -- and how reluctant I was to go through another dentist search!

I have recieved a root canel treatment by Dr. Levi. Although the procedure was not that painful and everything seemed to go okay, later was a problem of food easily being caught around that area. The clinic itself is clean, and also has parking available. The front desk is friendly, and when there was some confusion with my insurance company, they were able to help me out on solving the issue. Overall, I think the place is okay, and makes you feel comfortable, but after the experience with my root canel treatment, I am not sure if they do the best treatments.

Dr. Levi was recommended to me by a number of co-workers. She's pleasant but non-nonsense, and most of her hygentists are great (there's only one I try to avoid). I've had a much better experience with her than with my last dentist, especially as relates to pain when getting fillings. Although it's a bit of a pain to pay to park in the garage, I will continue to see Dr. Levi.

I've been going to Dr. Levi for many years, and have been taking my children to her as well. For me she is satisfactory, but I don't feel confident in her abilities/knowledge in pediatric dentistry for the kids -- that said -- she will let you come with them to every procedure, plays videos for them, and tries to make them as comfortable as possible. Front desk help is very good. She doesn't take my insurance so the cost for cleanings is more for me. Her overall manner is somewhat friendly and businesslike.

after 4 weeks I still have pain in my teeth. NOT GOOD. I hope she pays more attention of what she is doing!

Dr. Levi sort of takes a "no nonsense" approach. She is quick and responsive and her office staff is very friendly. I highly recommend her. She has don a crown for me, as well as fillings. Her work is as good as one can expect. She has cancelled later afternoon appointments before, so it's best to go earlier in the day if you can. Cost is about average, she takes Delta Dental.
