I was visiting from out of town and lost my filling. It literally happened a block away from Dr. Goldy. I decided to walk in to see if they would be willing to help me. I explained my situation and expected them to say sorry we are too busy and can't help you. They actually treated me as if I were their patient all along. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office to anyone local or not!

A lovely, private office in Beverly Hills, safe neighborhood (important for us elderly codgers!), and the staff is just terrific. Very friendly, genuine, and yes, it's easy to get an appointment. Dr Goldy is a nice guy, we've gotten really good results so far. He's a keeper!

About Front Desk: Ok, this is taking forever..yes, the staff are responsive, and patient, all around. Nice waiting room, too!

Dr. Goldy is a terrible dentist. You'll need multiple visits for even the simplest of procedures, and there's no apology or accountability when you've spent 3 hours sitting in the waiting room, or when you're returning for a correction on something which should have been done right the first time. Contrarily, his office staff is very nice, and amazingly seem only slightly affected by the fact that their boss is arrogant and brusk, broaching on rude. Do yourself a serious favor - find another dentist.

About Hygienist: The hygenist in the office is actually very nice, professional, thorough and polite. How she or the office staff is able to cope with the dentist, I don't know!

He did a crown for me. The crown ended up being re-made, he said it was the lab's fault, that they didn't make it right so if that is true, it was good that he wanted to re-make it to make it right. My only issue was that he quoted me one price for the crown and then suddenly it was way higher than what he had quoted. I was on an insurance plan and I understood I was getting it at the insurance rate, but in fact it had "added" costs so was much higher. The quality of the work seemed okay. His "chair side manner" is not the friendliest but he's professional.

they seem to be ok overall. some of my fillings are questionable. The charge is outrageous, especially lately. I've been with them so long, and in the beginning I loved them but lately I question their billing and procedures done.

The dentist spent a minimum amount of time with me, and did not perform the entire procedure -- he drilled my tooth, causing a sharp pain and then I was handed over to an assistant to have the cavity filled. There has been pain and complications since the procedure. The dentist has shown little serious interest in addressing the lingering pain of his and his staff's work. He did not offer to prescribe pain medication when I called with increasing pain since my visit.

Just terrible!!!! The people working at the front desk are inefficient and have no customer service skills. They always act as if they're being bothered. I never felt comfortable there after having a crown replaced, which subsequently fell out two months later. Cleanings were decent, but the hygenists attempted to get me to buy equipment other dentists told me I didn't need. After a couple of visits, I went back to my current dentist, whom I love and haven't had a problem since.

very competent dentist. the only qualm i have is that a couple of fillings needed to be redone. i'm not sure if that's because he didn't do them properly to begin with, or because that's just the way it goes because of the way my mouth is structured. in any case - good experience, friendly, clean atmosphere, the reception desk is always warm and helpful
