this physician has very questionable practices and should be investigated, they allow patients to drive home after having laughing gas and allow children in the tiny room while doing x-rays and cross contaminate (hygienist)while doing procedures by picking up objects that are not clean in the middle of a procedure. i am not the patient myself but observed all of this while visiting with a patient
About Front Desk: the lady that does the scheduling is rude and needs to improve her courtesy/customer service skills

my experience was actually with Erica, his daughter. Her dentistry skills are mediocre while her office workers as well as her hygienists are complete a##holes!! Excuse my language but as soon as I walked in the office I was greeted by a snotty receptionist. She never looked at me and was rude and robotic. she continued this attitude with everyone. When I was called back the hygients and thrown practically in the X-ray machine she proceeded to ask me if I had any "removable teeth", I do have an upper plate. She said take it out and give it to me. I then asked if I could go to the restroom and do this please. In the rudest voice ever she exclaimed how she did not have time for that! I was beyond humiliated as she took my denture plate and shoved it into a Baggie. Maybe I am overly self conscious about it but how she handled the situation had me near tears and ready to walk out of there! If my teeth wouldn't have been hurting so badly, I definitely would have! I do not recommend this office as it's lack of making your dental experience as comfortable as it can be is not on their agenda! it's more like a contest of how many patients they can see that day!!

I've had some teeth extracted from this doctor, upon arriving you are given a questionaire about your past experience, it asks if you have any anxiety issues, I put in big BOLD letters " SEVERE ANXIETY ABOUT NEEDLES " You would think that knowing this, the doctor would be extra patient and careful with someone with this fear, he is NOT. He doesnt take the time to explain things, just throws what he thinks is best at you and basically begins his work with little consult with you. He offers " laughing gas " as a relaxant, however I must say thats a complete JOKE. No relaxation whatesoever, more like pure oxygen and alot of hypervenelating til you feel dizzy. If you tell him your in pain he'll basically tell you your lying and insist theres no way you can be in any pain, ( he's done this to me at least twice during my experiences with him ) he doesnt give proper aftercare either i.e doesnt perscribe proper pain medication nor antibiotics when they're obviously needed after a tooth extraction. Ive had to visit the emergency room after seeing him for pain and he's left some of my other teeth messed up as well. In general he's a smart a** kook of a doctor, If I had another choice to go somewhere else I totally would!!
About Hygienist: His assistants are always very helpful, or as helpful as they can be under a doctors supervision such as him.. :-/
