seems nice but interested in needless referrals to his associates and would rather make you wait for comprehensive work than immediate restorations. not much new technology if any. VERY poor customer service (paper work not mailed as stated months earlier, no xrays to periodontist when was referred weeks earlier, didnt submit pre-authorization to insurance so cancelled my apt. week before scheduled to then submit and force reschedule weeks later. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
About Front Desk: Worst experience Ive ever had with regards to keeping scheduled apt, lost files, submitted insurance claims weeks later. my prior dentist office visit in mexico was better.?!
About Hygienist: no hygienist work done..yet had hygienist at different dentist previously (he retired) and she takes things personal and is nice but very defensive about questions.
