Dr Sacks is an uncaring mean arrogant doctor who should not be performing surgery on patients. I was awake for a procedure because the anesthesia did not work. I heard him yelling at me being very mad because I was moving. Who wouldn't move when they were being tortured. Its like someone strangling him and him just sitting there not doing anything. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. It was the worst painful thng I ever went through. He never even called the next day to see how I was when he knew how much he hurt me. He should have stopped the surgery when the anesthesis didnt take. I was having 2 implants done

The worst Dr. I have ever been to! Wow! These guys need a lesson in customer service.
1. I have had 3 appointments in the last 4 months. Each time I waited with several other very unhappy patients for over an hour and a half. This office has no regard for appointment times.
2. Called the office with a dental emergency and was called back by Dr. Sacks TWO days later!
3. Dental emergency resulted in a prescription. I went to CVS to pick up my prescription to find Dr. Sacks never called it in.
4. I called the 1-800 emergency number from CVS. Dr. Sacks partner, Dr. Schabes returned my call and HUNG UP ON ME!!!
These guys are full of themselves and I have no idea how they stay in business. I am seeing a new Dr. now who respects his patients and their time.
