About Front Desk: The office staff is terrible! The negative reviews are toward the office staff not the actual Dr at which I could never get an appointment with. It will take a week just to get a hold of someone to make an appointment. I called on a Monday, spoke to someone who stated that someone would have to call me back the next day (Tuesday). She took my name and number but no one ever called. I called repeatedly for a week. No one answers the phone. I have left 3 voice message and still no returned call. The first person I spoke with on Monday stated they do accept Denti-Cal at which the Denti-Cal website states they do accept Denti-Cal. After a week of trying to get a hold of someone, the lady I spoke with told me they DO NOT accept Denti-Cal. Extremely unprofessional office staff. They give conflicting information and never return calls or answer the phones. Do not waste your time trying to make an appointment here. It'll take a week plus. Good thing I wasn't needing emergency services. If there was a 0 star rating they would get it!
