Chris Lawson removed my daughters wisdom teeth. She had problems and they became infected. Lawson denied being reponcible and after five additional visits and a month of pain, the problem was fixed. Lawson's blamed the infection on my daughter saying she did not flush properly. He let his ego interfer with my daughters pain and suffering.

I've had two implants performed by Dr. Larson as well as 4 temporary anchors to intrude two teeth. Dr. Larson is extremely polite and very knowledgeable about what he does. He has great chair-side manners. He explained very clearly the implant procedures. However, there was no explanation of the anchor procedures without additional questioning by me on the day of the operation. Also, a very, very important bit of information for any future or current patients ... ASK FOR ALL PRICE QUOTES FOR ANY PROCEDURE IN WRITING! I was extremely disappointed when I was quoted a certain amount on the phone but had to pay 25% more on the day of the anchor installation. For the last two years I've been a patient, I've been very happy with the service and treatments I've gotten as well as the individual care. However, for a working person like me, a 25% increase in price on the day of the operation is a punishing blow. I now have lost trust with this doctor but still have to go to him to remove the anchors (which I have asked for a quote in writing). What does a patient have with a doctor, other than trust? If I can no longer trust that I will be treated fairly from a professional and ethical standpoint, what else does a patient have?

For me, a bit high priced ($2300) however you get what you pay for - but painless, sophisticated & he came highly recommended from my own Dentist who is great - Dr. Gregory Johnson. Dr. Larson's manner was also very calm, confident.
