I had a very complicated set of procedures done by Scott Baird and every one of them was a complete success. This included bone grafting, implants and other minor processes. The staff were always very kind, responsive and always helpful during all my visits. They were concerned about the patient welfare and status and if I had to choose anyone to do this again I would not hesitate to go back to this practice. Regards John Driver

I had both my lower wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Baird. The procedure went perfectly - as per Dr. Baird's suggestion I decided to get it done under general anaesthesia. The procedure took about 30 mins and it was relatively painless. Its been 5 days since I got it done and I am not suffering from any pain or swelling. I also have a follow-up with the doc next week. Dr. Baird also called me the evening of the surgery to make sure I was OK and I was told that I could call the clinic over the weekend if I had some problem. Overall a positive experience and I would highly recommend Dr Baird.

The thing that impressed me the most was that in the waiting room was a binder with probably 100+letters to Dr. Baird thanking him for his treatment of them. They were glowing letters that made mention of him doing things like giving them a teddy bear to their child when he was done and things like that. It was enough to put me at ease - knowing I was in the hands of a "kind" oral surgeon. My experience was very short - I just had one non-problematic tooth extraction. I asked him - right before he gave me my shot - how long it would take, and he said 20 minutes - from the time he gave me teh shot til when we'd be all done. I was impressed.. I looked at the clock and figured... Ok, I'll be done in a half hour. I can handle that. Turns out he was exactly right - I wasn't done in half an hour, it was exactly 20 minutes later that his assistant was going over how to care for my mouth. Very cool.

Dr. Baird came across as a very knowledgeable, competent doctor, who explained the procedure thoroughly. He extracted all four of my wisdom teeth -- my very first extraction of teeth! -- without any complications occuring, minimal post-extraction pain, and 100% healing. There was no swelling whatsoever on the cheeks, no numbness, nothing that signified wisdom teeth surgery on the day after. Besides the wisdom teeth extraction, I also got a molar pulled out, during which time I had local anesthesia only. But that was a perfectly smooth event also, all the more remarkable because I have always been paranoid about visiting dentists before. Since he does this day in and day out, you can be assured of being in good hands. I know several people that go to him for their own and their children's surgeries, and my own dentist recommends him highly as well. The office is spotlessly clean, with all "scary" equipment covered up (what a thoughtful gesture!), but not fancy or glitzy (who needs that anyway?). All in all, a top notch experience with very efficient staff, clear post-operative instructions with extra gauze and mouth cleansers, and courtesy phone calls to find out how the patient is faring.

the procedure was great and the pain was a piece of cake. The chair side manners were excellent and the front desk help was very helpful

I had a troublesome wisdom tooth removed by Dr Baird. I wasn't excited about getting this done because a few years ago another surgeon did a rather poor job which led to a few weeks of discomfort and liquid food. However, this time was much easier. The procedure itself was quick and painless, my jaw didn't hurt like it did before and I was back to regular food within a week. I don't know how the costs ($750) compare to others, or how much my insurance will pick up. All the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Dr. Baird to my friends.

Dr Baird pulled a wisdom tooth for me, under local anesthesia. The procedure was quick and the recovery uneventful. He explained the procedure carefully, gave me clear instructions on post-surgical care, and called me at home that night to check on my condition. The fee seemed rather modest. The next week he pulled all four wisdom teeth in my fourteen-year old son under general anesthesia. Again, the procedure went smoothly and the recovery was uneventful. This procedure was relatively expensive.
