The facility is clean and classy. The staff is excellent and informative. I was given all the information regarding the entire procedure before the surgery. Compared to all other options checked in the area, they were the most professional and clean option.

I went into Dr Harsany to get a little cyst on the inside of my lower lip removed and checked out. My first visit he spent no more than five minutes with me, and basically just told me it was up to me me whether I wanted to have the cyst removed or not. There was no explanation of the side effects of minor oral surgery or anything for that matter. Foolishly, I decided to go ahead and have him remove the cyst. My assumption was that because the cyst was barely noticeable, it would be a very minor incision and there would be no complications. Boy was I wrong! The procedure probably took no more than 1/2 an hour. He spent the first 15-20 minutes doing something, and then I hear him say out loud to his assistant "where is that little guy?" (referring to the cyst). Right then I had a bad feeling. And sure enough, after over 3 months, my lower lip is still not completely healed. In fact, I have a new cyst that is 10 times bigger than the original one, and my lip is still tingly. It affects my eating and speech! When I went into to see him again a few weeks after the procedure, he told me it could take up to 6 months for the scar tissue and nerves heal. I'm not very hopeful. If I had to do this over again, I would NEVER go with this guy!
