Dr. Payor removed a failed implant that a dentist in another city had put in. He was straight-forward and completely open about my options and what I should do. Knowledgable, professional, skilled, personable ... I can't speak highly enough of the man. But what made this experience truly great is his office staff, from the nurse that talked me through after-care, to the person that handled the money. (Trish) My insurance was provided by a company that had gone bankrupt the year before and Cigna tried to say I wasn't covered (I was). Over several months Trish patiently worked with me and Cigna to get them to pay their fair share. Highly recommend going to Dr. Louis Payor!

I had my wisdom teeth removed last week and the whole process was so much better than I expected! I got to the office at my appointment time of 8:30am and was out of the office by 10am. The staff is so friendly it really made the whole thing so easy. The nurse that held my hand while I was being put to sleep and later wheeled me out to the car was so sweet and really made me comfortable during the experience. I definitely recommend this doctor to anyone that needs their wisdom teeth taken out.

I had two wisdom teeth removed. One was impacted. Dr. Payor and his staff were great. Everyone was friendly and reassuring knowing that every patient is stressed about going to a "surgeon". Dr. Payor describes what is going to be done and has done it so many times, he could do it in his sleep. The sedation is great. You get a little warm rush in your body and next thing you know, you are waking up in recovery. Absolutely no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Payor and his staff. I was lucky. Even though he had to cut out an impacted wisdon tooth, I never needed the post procedure pain medication and never even needed aspirin or Tylenol.

I went to Dr. Payor for an extraction of my back molar. The office atmosphere was very inviting the staff is just so caring and helpful treating you with such gentleness in your time of agony. I found Dr. Payor as a very soothing and caring Dentist with a lot of humor to keep you relax and help you to trust him.

I moved here from Michigan and had no health insurance and needed my top wisdom teeth extracted ASAP!! I called around and found that this office was the easiest to work with and was very informing! I went in there and met Dr. Payor as well as his staff and they were very welcoming and made this a very comfortable surgery. I was very nervous as most people are but he made me feel like it was nothing! After the extractions the Nurse came in and showed me everything I needed to know about the after care procedures. I needed more pain killers and I went in, and as they promised was no problem to get a prescription for them. I just recently called to request a copy of my x-rays and with no questions asked they were willing to send those right out! I highly recommend this Doctor, Nurse Staff, and Office workers!

My wife recommended him to me. Had a broken tooth & pain kept getting worse. 1st dentist could not see me until 11/30/10 and I knew I could not make it that long. Called Dr. Payor and as soon as I told them about the pain they got me right in that day. Wait time was very minimal. First thing Dr. Payor did was to ease the pain. He then discussed my options and made sure I was well informed about tooth extraction. Very good at communicating with his patients, and is a very competent Dental Surgeon. After numbing me up really well, the total time for the extraction was less than 3 minutes. A GREAT Dentist, and I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of dental work performed. I did not have any insurance, but found his rates to be affordable.

I had 2 wisdom teeth removed, staff and the Dr were all great. His nurses are very caring and make you feel good for being in such a place. I had a complication and a bone spur type thing worked its way to the surface a month after the extraction on one tooth, the Dr fixed it at no charge 5 weeks later! Very nice, Highly recommended Oral Surgeon.

I have visited the Dr.'s office for wisdom teeth extraction. I developed sockets and all the follow ups were covered without any additional cost to me. Great customer service so far...
