Excellent surgeon. Had jaw reconstruction in 1990 and the results were perfect. Have had no problems whatsoever since. He thoroughly explained everything beforehand and even showed me what my bite would look like after the procedure. Very pleased with the results. Thank you Dr. Bays!

Dr. Bays is the MOST caring Doctor I have ever dealt with. He is AMAZING at his work and the staff in his office is the best.
