Dr. Korb was recommended to me by a friend. I took my boys in for a consultation to remove their wisdom teeth. The price that I was given was thousands more than my other consultation, therefore I did use him. At the consultation, my insurance was charged for the x-rays. This was July 30th and Aug. 14th of 2015. My insurance paid out for both boys x-rays. Now it is September of 2016 and they are sending me a bill for the portion that they should have written off over a year ago! Seriously! Totally disappointing!

About Front Desk: Annette in the billing office was not able to help me understand why this doctor is sending me a bill over a year later and I only had a consultation with them. They were paid out the contracted amount with United Healthcare.

I had a bridge that was installed many years ago near my two front teeth. It came out and I went to see my Dentist who referred me to Dr Knob for implants. I normally will do a massive probe before I use a Dr and yet, one meeting with Dr . Knob made me know I would look no further! He is extremely professional and very experience. I had no pain during the procedure nor afterwards! Excellent!!!!

My daughter was hit with a stick on her upper eye lid and she was so scared, but Dr Korb and his staff were so gentle and caring and in no time her fears were calmed and the procedure was finished. I took my little happy camper home with a smile on her face. Thanks so much Dr. Korb!!

About Front Desk: From the moment the front office staff picked up the phone I knew I was in the right place. They put my own fears at ease. They were extremely sensitive to what was going on and ensured me my daughter would be in great hands with Dr Korb and his staff. When the fees were presented I felt they were extremely reasonable. Dr. Korb's staff is very professional and answered every question I had about fees and how insurance would apply. Thank you for being so kind.

I went in to have 2 wisdom teeth pulled. The staff was great and seemed genuinly concerned about me. The process was over quickly and I had no post-surgery issues. No swelling, bruising, bleeding or pain. It was very smooth.

I don't want a health spa-. I don't want to be babied - or pampered. I want skillful, successful confident work, and that is what I received in my initial proceedure and my two returns, for a total of five dental implants. without the slightest problem -- not even discomfort. He set the implants perfectly and there was no pain. I could not even justify taking the Percocet afterward. (sigh)
