I had two bridges done by Dr. Ambus, the two failed within a year and a half because they weren't sealed properly and kept coming lose, as a result of this, the anchor teeth of the bridges decayed so much I had to have implants to replace them.
My whole family was at the same time being treated by Dr. Ambus and 50- 75% of the work she did on them(my wife and two daughters) has had to be replaced by other dentists as well.
When I explained to Dr. Ambus' office the problems I was having with my bridges, instead of being concerned with my well being they were confrontational and rude.

I went to Dr. Ambus for two years, in which time she told me each visit I needed past dental work I had no complaints about re-done for the reason it was done poorly. I trusted her and had over the coarse of 2 years 6 fillings replaced to the tune of thousands of dollars. One of her fillings crumbled out within a few days and I had to go back for it to be replaced! When I questioned her and her staff about the accuracy of their work they treated me rudely, made me feel stupid and hurt me while cleaning my teeth. I felt like Dr. Ambus used my mouth like an ATM machine and I am sick thinking I trusted her for two years and had all that work done. Now I am paying the price. Less then a year since I left her one of the teeth she re-drilled and filled has cracked and crumbled. Two of her other fillings are in need of root canals and have decay where she filled them from bad work. I am sick over this and the cost. I can not say this loud enough, STEER CLEAR OF PEGGY AMBUS!

I hadn't been to the dentist in 4 years and so was very worried about my visit. The whole staff put me at ease right away. I hardly had to wait to be seen and all the staff were helpful, informative and pleasant. I have recommended Dr. Ambus to all my family and friends and now am actually looking forward to my next visit!

Very friendly and professional. Gave me a filling in 15 minutes and made sure it was comfortable throughout the procedure.
