I saw Dr.Kanter for extraction of a broken molar. He and his assistant were very professional, efficient and successful in this procedure. I had minimal discomfort in healing. Dr. Kanter called that evening to make sure all was well with me. I highly recommend him and will go back to him, should I require oral surgery again.

About Front Desk: Staff was very efficient and courteous.

I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. dr kanter and his staff are rude, don't care about their patients, operated on me without enough local or general anesthesia so I felt the whole procedure.

I had to have major detal work done that I was extremely anxious about. I did my homework because I wanted to find a doctor and office that I was comfortable with. Some places I called were irritated just to answer my questions just from the inital call! I couldn't have made a better decision by chosing Buffalo Grove Oral & Maxillofacial. The staff was really nice and able to work well with my insurance and offer convenient appt times. But what made the experience was Dr. Kanter. He is just so informative and patient and caring. The work was done to perfection.

About Front Desk: Very personable and accomodating

Three family members have had wisdom teeth extractions. My husband had no problem. My son had horrible swelling and fingerprint bruises on the side of his face. My daughter had terrible swelling and dry socket. A friend who is a dental hygienist told us that this was not normal or acceptable. He is a very nice man but I'm going elsewhere for my other son.
