About Front Desk: The billing staff - Sylvia - is beyond awful. She refused to contact my insurance, fill out the necessary forms, contact my dentist, etc. Despite my insurance not covering the implant and having to make 50% prepayments out of pocket for each visit and then paying the balance at the end of the procedure, I just now received a bill for the service completed over a year and a half ago. I had even called a month after the procedure to confirm I had a $0 balance. So upon receiving a $925 bill 18 months later that said I was past due, I was shocked and called. Sylvia, as always, was annoyed to even answer the phone, unprofessional, rude, lazy, etc. I explained that I was in disbelief over the charges, had not received any contact from their office prior to this and that I wanted to speak to the doctor but also did not want this sent to a collection agency. Sylvia claimed that she had sent 14 notices (but somehow with the same address I only received the one) and didn't address how she had never once called me. This despite the one statement I received having an adjustment made in the current month. In the meantime I begged her to have the Dr. call me, left messages with his answering service and then started a dispute with the collection agency that Sylvia had already sent my balance to WITHOUT TELLING ME - despite the fact that I had just called upon receiving the statement to avoid that. I've lost a lot of respect for the Dr. for not responding to my messages as well.
