Dr. Cress extracted 9 of my teeth so that I could receive a full upper denture and a partial lower denture. Trust me I have been to many dentist, but not have provided the care and gentleness which I received from Dr. Cress. I am constantly recommending him to family, friends and church members. Even after having the extraction he provided exceptional after care, prescribing the right medicines and even a prescribed mouthwash. He gave me tips on how to smooth my gums out after the stitches were removed, which by the way took less than 3 minutes and didn't feel a thing. He and his staff were just great!! That's a lot coming from me, just ask my wife.

I had all four wisdom teeth out. The procedure was quick and painless (as it could be) and I recovered very quickly. Dr. Cress was gentle and professional and even made me laugh a few times.

Dr. Cress was wonderful. He made my surgical experiences pain free. He is very reassuring and made me very comfortable. Post-surgical pain was minimal and I had no complications. I highly recommend him.

I spoke with the nurse that I was very anxious and nervous about having a tooth pulled and was severely afraid of needles. I explained very carefully that I needed her at my side to calm me down during the process. She specifically assured me she would take care of it. I even confirmed her understanding the day before my visit. At the time of the pulling, the nurse left the room and I requested she be there with me like we discussed. Dr. Cress said that he runs the office and not the patients. After explaining my situation, he promptly told me to leave his office and would not do the procedure. I found this to be extremely rude, unprofessional, and uncompassionate.. I also missed a day of work.

I went to Dr Cress to have 2 teeth extracted one being an impacted wisdom tooth, and he was perfect. Dr Cress made me feel comfortable and was very very gentle during the whoile procedure. I have to say I dislike dentists but I felt extremely comfortable with Dr Cress and his assistant. Dr Cress your a wonderful man and I thank you very much for being patient with me.

Dr. Cress has a great sense of humor and put me at ease when I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled. I had no complications and also have yet to receive a bill. He is kind and I would recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr. Cress did a wonderful, painless job of extracting my wisdom teeth. I did not have any pain or complications afterwards! He has a great sense of humor and is very personable. I did not even receive a bill, he must have been satisfied with whatever my insurance had paid him. I would HIGHLY recommend this doc if you need oral surgery! You rock Dr. Cress!
