Ross Williams is one of the best dentists in the area! He is skilled, practical, concerned for his patients, with a great sense of humor. He takes a common-sense approach to dental care, rarely keeps his patients waiting (barring some extraordinary emergency), finds time to fit in emergencies, and makes sure patients understand what needs to be done, how it will be done, and what the costs will be. Upon my recommendation, he also cared for some of my elderly relatives and met their exacting standards as well. He must be a good boss as he keeps his staff and they all are pleasant, professional and friendly. He has handled my general dentistry needs including fillings, cleaning, crowns, etc. I've never had a billing problem with his office - they bill my dental insurance and keep my apprised of the status. I couldn't ask for anyone better!

Dr. Williams was my dentist for 8 years before I moved out of the area. General dental checkups as well as various fillings (probably around 5 fillings) and 2 crowns. Some of the fillings were "retreads" of previous fillings that had started to deteriorate. All the work has stood the test of time and he was a pleasure to deal with. He did hire a dental hygenist at the end of the 8 years who appeared to be little inexperienced with cleaning techniques - aggressively pushing on my teeth in a manner I hadn't experienced before. I don't know if this was someone hired at a lower salary or if this is just the random aspect of hiring employees.
